The Watch at Waterlefe Condominium Association is comprised of condominium units on River Basin Court and Sea Turtle Terrace. Condominiums have a fee for the exterior maintenance, insurance of their common property and association management.

The Watch Board of Directors consists of three homeowners from within the Watch Association that serve multi-year terms to bring leadership and decision-making to the Watch.
