Waterlefe Association Management oversees all official business for four Sub-Associations and unique section of the community.
The Shores Association
The Shores is a neighborhood association on the Manatee River, tucked away in a private gated section of the community.
The Sound Association
The Sound is a neighborhood association comprised of 8 luxury townhomes on Fish Hook Cove, located near the River Club.
The Watch Association
The Watch is one of Waterlefe’s two luxury condominium associations, boasting beautiful golf and nature views.

The Watch II is one of Waterlefe’s two luxury condominium associations, boasting beautiful golf and nature views.
Association Management oversees the compliance to the Declaration of Covenants and Policy Statements the Waterlefe community adheres to.

The Design Review Board is the homeowner operated board that reviews all applications for architectural changes to their residence. Homeowners must submit an Application for Residential Change, for approval, prior to making any changes to the exterior of their home.

Architectural Control
Approve all exterior renovations, additions, or other modifications subject to architectural review according to the Application for Residential Change.
Community Inspections
Perform regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with deed restrictions and Waterlefe covenants. Prepare and send violations notices as necessary.
Compliance
Ensure the MPOA is compliant with Waterlefe governing documents and the Florida Statutes.
Meeting Planning
Prepare agendas, meeting materials and all other documents necessary for presentation at regular or special meetings.
Sub-Association Management
Manage the operations and official functions of all sub-associations within the community, including but not limited to: recording minutes, leading meetings, complying with covenants, and providing administrative support.
Vendor Contracting, Coordinating, Management of Services
Serve as point of contact for all contracted services to ensure all services provided are satisfactory and according to contractual obligations.
Villas Managed Landscape
The Waterlefe Villas section enjoys MPOA managed landscaping service as a limited common assessment.
