Waterlefe is home to four official Sub-Associations and one unique section of the community that enjoys maintenance-free landscape services. These Sub-Associations and community section are managed by Association Management and pay additional fees/assessments to enjoy a more cohesive living experience.
 

The Shores is a neighborhood association on the Manatee River, tucked away in a private gated section of the community.
